AQUIRING A VISA
If you are near a Botswana High Commission Office/Embassy or Consulate use it to acquire the visa at the office or download the Visa Application Form (PDF 19 Kb).
- Print and fill two Imm. Supp. Form D referred to and attached below
- Make copies of pages 1 to 4 of your passport
- Two identical passport photos
- Covering letter inviting you to WITFOR received by email from us
- $100.00, P500.00 or an equivalent currency accepted by the office in cash visa application fee
- Passport
If you are far away from a Botswana High Commission Office/Embassy or Consulate, follow this procedure:
- Print, fill and fax one Imm. Supp. Form D attached and fax it to

You will receive a confirmation letter from us to get your visa on arrival.
